Q: How does one get to the Metro Convention Center? 

A. Metro Convention Center is located on 255 Front Street West (M5V2W6) with the north side of the building facing front street and the south side facing across the Rogers Center. 


Q: How does one access the ticket booths? 

A. You may access the ticket booths via the entrance to the loading docks! 










Q: How does one buy tickets? 

A. One may either buy tickets online or at the ticket booths in the loading docks of the south building! 


Q: What does one do with the QR code that I got from the purchase made online?

A. You may take the QR code to the ticket booths to pick up your tickets! 


Q: Are there separate booths for a four day ticket and a one day ticket? 

A. Yes, there are separate booths for a VIP four day ticket and a one day ticket! You may buy and pickup your tickets from the booths.



Q: Where does one find the washrooms? 

A. Washrooms are located in the hallways leading to the exhibition halls! 



Q. How does one access ATM? 

A. ATM can be found in the hallways leading to the exhibition halls. 





Q: Where does one find parking? 

A. Parking can be found all across the city! You may park your vehicle at the parking lot near the Rogers Center. You may park your vehicle on other municipal parking lots or parking lots managed by Impark on Wellington and kind street! There is one at the Toronto Dominion Center. You may park your vehicle both in the outdoor parking lot and the underground parking lot! 






Q: Where is the food court?

A. Food court may be found near the loading docks near the exhibition halls E and F. 






Q: Where are the booths located in the south building?

A: Booths are in halls D-G in the south building and C-D in the North Building. 




Q: How does one move up and down the floors in the exhibition halls? 

A. You may use the escalators and the elevators to move up and down the building floors…







Q: Where is lost and found? 

A. Room 702 on the lower level just above the level for exhibit halls. Contact security to see if they have the lost item in their office. 





Q: Whom does one get in touch with if they can’t find a family member ?  


A. Contact security with the description of the missing individual and they will check to inside their office to see if anyone fits the description. If not, they will either keep an eye or look for the missing individual .


Q. Who does one get in touch with for any injuries, asthma attacks, heart attacks etc…? 


A. You may have security contact EMS or medical personnel with a first aid kit to assist you with an injury or get an ambulance… 


Q. How does one get to the Union station from the main entrance? 

A. You may use the path on the right side of the south building with the entrance facing Ripley’s Aquarium or the bridge on level 400 from inside the building to go directly to Union Station. You may also use the escalator to the North Building and then use one of the underground TTC entrances on Front street. 


Q: Does one need to tap their pass/badge at entrances and exits? 

A. As per instructions at the back of the badge, one must have their badges scanned at the main entrance after bag check and at the exit on the main floor at level 500. You may keep your badges as a souvenir however if you can’t have them scanned your self, you may request security to have them scanned for you and pick it up the next day from lost and found! 




Q: How does one exit the building if using a wheel chair?

A: One must exit the building using the ramp on the path leading to and away from Union Station. If you have your badges scanned, you may exit using the side entrance on level 400 leading to the terrace. 



Q: Where is the smoking area in the south building? 

A. The smoking area is near the front entrance facing lower simcoe! One may also use the passageway in the loading docks away from the electrical hazards. However, the best spot is the terrace which may also be used for photography. 




Q: If one takes the side or main entrance to go outside the building, can they reenter through any of the entrances in the south building? 

A: You can only reenter through the reentry doors at the main entrance of the south building. The reason behind it has to do with bag and prop checks for safety as well as badge scan.
