A: Line 7 Oro-Medonte, Ontario, L0K1E0. One of the gates on line 7 give you access to the box office for wristband and parking sticker pick up. One may also pick up their parking stickers near the entrance of the parking lot at gate 7.

Q: How does one access the main gate or gate 13 from the parking lot for festival pass holders?

A: Turn left at the exit gate of the parking lot on line 7 to reach the main gates just across the bridge to the tent campground. Note: Check permitted and prohibited item list on the website.

A: That is correct. There is a parking restriction of one vehicle for each tent.

A: There are wristbands for a single day as well as for the entire event as you may notice from the photo below.

A: There is one outside gate 13 or main gate adjacent to lost and found. The other booth is on the other side of gate 13 beside the medical or EMS and phone charging tents.

Q: Where is the main stage for the event. How does one access the main stage ?

A: Go pass the main gates or gate 13 and turn right. As you pass the medical or EMS tent, you will see the main stage to your left on the other side of the hill with boots statue. The main stage is to the east of gate 13 towards the RV campgrounds.

A: The front porch stage is across gate 13 towards the west side of the main grounds.

Q: Where does one find Artist Merchandise?

A: Artist merchandise tent is located near the Ferris wheel across the main gate or gate 13.

Q: Where does one find food vendors on the main grounds?

A: Most of the food vendors are parked towards the west camping area. Some vendors and food trucks like Tim Horton's truck are parked outside the main gates across the tent camping area.

A: Portable washrooms are located near the Ferris wheel as well as near the food trucks.

Q: Is one allowed to sneak in alcohol through the main gates?

A: One is allowed two bulk items to the campgrounds per wristband. Check the definition of bulk items on the website. Apart from the bulk items, there are vendors who sell drinks on the main grounds hence one cannot bring alcohol through the main gates on the main festival ground or get someone else to carry the alcohol for them.

Q: What is a good place to take photos on the main ground?

A: One may take photos near the boots and hearts statue or wherever there is enough light.

Q: Is there an emergency exit from the main grounds?

A: There are certain gates designated for emergency exit from the main grounds. Gate 14 is one of them.

Q: What does one do if one loses their cell phone or valuable?

A: Look for lost and found tent just outside gate 13. One may even notify security or ask the cleaning crew early in the morning to check if they found your cell phone or other valuables.
